The master thesis deals with the design of the electronic commerce of the company ĽUDOVO-UMELECKÉ ČIČMANY, Ltd. when expanding to the Czech market in the on-line environment. The thesis is created on the basis of theoretical starting points, where the basic concepts associated with the creation of e-commerce websites, as well as the characteristics of individual sub-analyses, which are subsequently processed in the analytical research part, are processed closer. Based on the summarized results of the individual analyses, a specific proposal for expanding electronic commerce to the Czech market is subsequently created, which will ensure the expansion of the selected company's business activities abroad.
